OSAGE COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
Just before 4:30 p.m. May 9, an Osage County Sheriff’s Investigator made contact with a suspicious vehicle near East 229th Street and South Stubbs Road in rural Osage County, according to Sheriff Chris Wells. During the encounter, illegal narcotics were located.
Ashley N. Hogan, 40, of Pomona was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail on requested charges of Distribution of methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia and No drug tax stamp.
