Just after midnight early Wednesday, the Saline County Sheriff's office received notification from Oklahoma City officials regarding a father and mother identified as 33-year-old Austin Kitchin and 28-year-old Shaelynn Warren, both are from Wyoming. The couple had taken their child from an Oklahoma City hospital, according to Saline County Sheriff's Captain Jeremiah Hayes.

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services were in the process of removing three children from their home. The parents took a 6-year old boy, an 8-year old girl and a 2-year old girl who was in the hospital and traveled north into Kansas. i
Oklahoma law enforcement pinged their location in Saline County just south of the Water Well exit.
Deputies of Saline County located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop and took Kitchin and Warren into custody.
They were booked into the Saline County Jail on requested charges of Aggravated Endangerment of child. More charges pending from Oklahoma, according to the sheriff's office.
All three children are in protective custody and will be transported back to Oklahoma.
