RILEY COUNTY -Law enforcement are investigating suspect for alleged drug distribution in Riley County.
Just after 12:30p.m. Tuesday, police conducted a traffic stop near Irene Circle and Davis Drive in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
This was part of an ongoing investigation into drug distribution in Riley County. A search warrant was then executed in the 800 block of Colorado Street.

Just after 1p.m., JC Hunt, 53, of Grandview Plaza, was arrested on requested charges of distribution of opiate/opium/narcotic/certain stimulant; 3.5-100 grams, possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant, and passion of marijuana. He is being held on a $30,000 bond. Hunt has previous convictions for Voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, DUI, evading a road block and for drugs, according to the Kansas Department of Correctxions.
Just after 7p.m. police arrested Brittanie Michele Vaughn, 31, of Manhattan, on requested charges of use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia in the human body and distribution of opiate/opium/narcotic/certain stimulant; 3.5-100 grams. She is being held on a $41,000 bond.
Jimmie Dale Dodson III, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested on requested charges of use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia in the human body and possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant. He met the requirement of a $4,000 bond and is no longer in custody.
