Patty Lynn Woerth, 75, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday evening, June 10, 2025 at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Shenandoah, IA. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Monday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the family.
